About Us

Schwerdtle manufactures tooling for the plastics industry throughout North America, that are used in decoration and assembly of plastic parts. These include:
*silicone, brass and magnesium foil hot stamping dies and fixtures
*silicone molded to aluminum tooling used for heat sealing plastic packaging
*silicone molded to aluminum sheets in various thicknesses and durometers
*custom gripper fingers used on robots in automated manufacturing operations
We collaborate with our customers on solutions that require tooling engineered to match their parts and with the soft silicone surface that will prevent scratching and scuffing and can be heated up to 500°F for heat sealing or hot stamping operations.
