New Date April 25th!
We've all heard about Artificial Intelligence, but what is it? And more importantly, how can you harness its power to get your business ahead without feeling overwhelmed? AI is a revolutionary invention, not much different than the internet, and those who embrace and leverage the technology will put their business ahead of the competition. Dan Bubniak, from Outpace Enterprises, will cover the revolutionary aspect of AI and how it will impact industries. He will also lead attendees through a series of exercises to identify areas within their business where AI provides opportunities. Attendees will leave the session feeling empowered to take their first steps in implementing AI.
Dan Bubniak is an EOS Implementer. He started his entrepreneurial journey at 24, joining a small family business in the Northeast as COO, CFO, and Co-Owner. The company boot-strapped 20x growth over 6 years, to an industry leading national organization with over 250 employees in over 35 states. Through continuous learning, vulnerability, and a dedication to growth, he learned what it meant to be a leader and build a great business. Today, he's devoted himself to coaching entrepreneurs and leadership teams on how to build better business and better lives through EOS. A cornerstone of EOS is related to "process." Identifying and documenting core processes is the first step to understanding where AI can fit in your business in a practical manner.
