Join ManufactureCT as we kick off Connecticut Manufacturing Month by celebrating the innovators, leaders, and advocates shaping the future of manufacturing in Connecticut.

The evening's highlight is the unveiling of this year's ManufactureCT Innovation Award, recognizing groundbreaking innovation and excellence in Connecticut manufacturing. ManufactureCT will also present its Legislative Leadership Awards, honoring state leaders whose commitment has helped strengthen Connecticut's manufacturing industry, along with additional awards recognizing outstanding leadership and achievement across the manufacturing community.


Guests will enjoy networking, dinner, and a keynote presentation by Paul D. Assaiante, one of the most accomplished coaches in collegiate sports history. During his 30-year career at Trinity College, Assaiante led the Bantams to 17 national championships, including 13 consecutive titles, and a remarkable 252-match winning streak. Drawing from decades of building championship teams and high-performance cultures, he will share lessons on leadership, resilience, teamwork, and sustained excellence that resonate far beyond the playing field.
